Procedures for the enterprises with domestic funding

The steps (2, 3, 9, 10, 11, and 12) are not necessary for the project which is not making a requisition of land and construction.
1. Check the enterprise name
2. Submit the report of the environment impact
3. Apply for the approval of the land use in advance
4. Examine the investment
5. Apply for the approval of the project (or put on record after applying for business license)
6. Apply for the business license
7. Apply for the organization code
8. Opening an account, tax registration
9. Apply for the approval of the land planning
10. Apply for the license of the land use right
11. Apply for the approval of the construction planning
12. Apply for the approval of the construction
