Procedures for the enterprises with foreign investment

The steps (2, 3, 12, 13, 14, and 15) are not necessary for the project which is not making a requisition of land and construction.
1. Check the enterprise name
2. Submit the report of the environment impact
3. Apply for the approval of the land use in advance
4. Apply for the approval of the project (or put on record )
5. Apply for the approval of the contact, the company articles and the name list of the members of the board of the directors. Approval for contact is not necessary, but approval for the establishment is necessary for the wholly foreign-owned enterprises.
6. Apply for the temporary organization code
7. Apply for the approval certificate
8. Apply for the business license
9. Apply for the organization code
10. Foreign exchange registration, opening an account, tax registration and customs registration
11. Check the investment
12. Apply for the approval of the land planning
13. Apply for the license of the land use right
14. Apply for the approval of the construction planning
15. Apply for the approval of the construction
